Otto - Dungeon of the Mad Mage

Can someone tell me who or what "Otto" is? From the look of him i would have guessed he was a large Fairy Dragon but I'm not sure...

In the adventure Otto lives in a magically shrunk castle, but he is not subject to the effect. When PCs go in the castle they are shrunk (no save), so Ottos large size is relative to the shrunk PCs.
